Zenith has been reappointed to the Costa Coffee media account following a competitive pitch process earlier in the year.

Working together since 2009, Zenith and Costa Coffee have partnered during a time of phenomenal growth, which has seen the brand move to and retain the number one category position.

In that time, Zenith and Costa Coffee have delivered a number of communication firsts, including an award-winning partnership with Waze, using geo-targeting for Costa Express, and also the ground-breaking Coronation Street product placement deal, which is currently live.

Keenly aware that the category is growing beyond coffee, Zenith pitched on the core tenets of customer experience, innovation, and personalisation, believing that communications should be the driving force behind giving people ever more reasons to go to Costa Coffee.
